This year’s Mother’s Day celebration in the Obum community of Akuapem North was nothing short of special. In a heartfelt collaboration with the Yes She Can Foundation, led by the wife of the Member of Parliament, Hon. Sammi Awuku, mothers from all walks of life were treated to a day filled with love, care, and empowerment.

The event brought together incredible women whose daily sacrifices often go unnoticed but whose strength keeps homes and communities thriving. From free health screenings to engaging health talks, gift packages, and seed capital support for small businesses, the day was designed to uplift and honour the hardworking mothers of Obum.
